ORIHUELA MEDNIGHT MORNING WORKSHOP: NEW INGREDIENTS FOR SUSTAINABLE FOOD PRODUCTION

This workshop proposal aims to present and expose the new food ingredients (citrus fibers, persimmon flour, insect flour, algae, etc.) that are being used within food innovation making the most of local resources and new sources, as well as showing their opportunities for sustainable food production.
