THE MEDITERRANEAN FACES OF SCIENCE EXHIBITION

Seneca Foundation – the Science and Technology Agency of the Region of Murcia, will produce an exhibition of women scientists from countries of the Mediterranean basin. The countries included will be: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Montenegro, Morocco, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Syria, Tunisia and Turkey. 

These women researchers will be current, still alive and, if possible, still active. 

The exhibition will consist of 25/30 panels containing mainly the names of these women scientists, their area of research and original academic training, an explanation of the subject of their main research, information about their research career, some personal biographical details and a picture or photograph of their face. 

Initially the format of the exhibition will be physical only, although the digital format will be reconsidered so that the exhibition can be viewed online from anywhere.
