The inhabitants in the depths of the Strait of Messina

The objective of the activity is to introduce the underwater animal life of the Strait of Messina by utilizing four languages of the European Union (Italian-English-French-Spanish).  The participants will enrich their knowledge of the animal life of the Strait while increasing the relevant vocabulary.  The methodology of play learning will be offered to primary school age children.  Videos and flashcards will be used to introduce the vocabulary and the participants will create the various animals, (whale, octopus, dolphins, swordfish, etc.) employing various materials. The activity will be conducted in the four languages using various techniques, including music, games and interactive activities.
