The food of good humor: eating well to live better!
The laboratory of food psycho-education will guide the young participants to know how the choice, quantity, and frequency of the foods we consume do not depend solely on physiological needs but are often influenced by emotions! Although the word “food” makes you immediately think of “taste”, through games and fun activities, you can learn that nutrition is a very wide sensory experience that involves all 5 senses. The food laboratory will therefore be a useful opportunity to educate that food is experience, communication, and also creativity and that eating consciously helps to live better
